Oak Tree House Supported Housing

We tailor our service to each individuals needs/circumstances. However, every resident has access to the following opportunities:

  • bespoke support plan
  • minimum double staff cover 24/7 365 days per year
  • safe and secure accommodation for all genders
  • trial stays
  • access to health treatment room
  • support to access welfare benefits
  • life skills and confidence programmes
  • washing & laundry facilities
  • fully equipped communal kitchens.

We also provide an access to a “buddy” scheme and a number of therapeutic and personal development groups. We work with statutory and voluntary agencies and provide a wide range of volunteering and employment opportunities, access to recovery networks and more.

Who is eligible?

• Aged 18+
• Anyone meeting the homeless and local connection criteria of one of the district housing authorities in the locality
• Assessed by our service, to not be of significant risk to self, the community or other vulnerable people
• Demonstrate a willingness to engage in a programme of personal development / statutory orders/ move on plan.

How to refer

Referrals are received directly from the local authorities housing options team in the Lancaster, Fylde and Wyre districts.
