Jigsaw Rewards Scrutiny Panel on Anti-Social Behaviour

Jigsaw Rewards Scrutiny Panel on Anti-Social Behaviour

At Jigsaw, we work together with residents to shape our priorities through an active consultation process via Jigsaw Rewards Scrutiny panel.

Our latest Scrutiny Panel took place on 21 April. Seven residents from across the Jigsaw Group joined together online to share their views and agree the scope of a group-wide scrutiny exercise on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). This gave them the opportunity to decide which areas they would like the investigation to focus on.

The panel has agreed to look at key areas including the effectiveness of feedback surveys in capturing levels of satisfaction following a case of ASB, how we encourage mediation to solve neighbour disputes and what else can be done, as well as handling false allegations of ASB.

We will now gather evidence based on the detailed scope set out by the panel, as well as conducting a Jigsaw Rewards survey as part of the process to obtain views from other residents. The panel will meet again in July to go through these findings.
