IT System And Customer Website Upgrade – Friday 4th December

On Friday 4th December, we will be carrying out planned upgrade works to our IT systems.  During this time Jigsaw Homes Group will have limited access to some services and are only able to accept calls regarding emergency repairs and urgent housing enquiries.

If you are reporting an emergency repair please inform our advisor:

  • If anyone in your household is currently self isolating,
  • If anyone in your household is waiting for COVID-19 test results,
  • If anyone in your household is in quarantine after returning from a country on the UK Government’s quarantine list,
  • If you have a dog in your property.

If you report a repair as an emergency and the engineer determines that your repair was not an emergency you will be charged a call out fee. Please contact us on Monday 7th December to report all other repairs.

Customer website unavailability: Friday 4th December – Monday 7th December

We will also be carrying out essential work on our customer websites (Adactus Connect and the New Charter Customer Hub). This is in preparation for a new Jigsaw website which will be launched next week and will be available for use by all Jigsaw Homes Group tenants.

You will not be able to log in during the weekend but we hope that the new website will be available on Monday. For security reasons, you will need to re-register for the new website. We’ll provide more information next week as soon as the new website is available.
