Our supported housing schemes, funded by the Single Homeless Accommodation Programme (SHAP), provide people with a much-needed home and access to tailored support – such as training and employment, financial advice, wellbeing and tenancy sustainment – giving them the foundations to thrive independently.
Cavendish House, a refurbished historic building, was officially opened by Angela Rayner MP for Ashton-under-Lyne in January 2026. It provides 9 one-bedroomed fully furnished apartments for young people aged 18 to 25, who are at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping.

Jigsaw Support will provide on-site support delivered by our colleagues based at nearby Cavendish Mill, including employability support, tenancy sustainment and programmes delivered through the Tameside Women’s and Families Centre.
Referrals come from Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.
Clover House in Ardwick, Manchester, was completed in March 2026, providing 24 high-quality, purpose-built, fully-furnished apartments for social rent, and a dedicated office and meeting room.
Having already won an award for its design, this psychologically informed environment is for adults who have previously been homeless or experienced rough sleeping within Manchester.
Residents will receive tailored on-site support focussed on recovery from rough sleeping and its associated traumas and to regain and maintain long-term independence within their communities. The support team includes 1 Team Leader, 4 Keyworkers and a mental health practitioner.

Referrals come from Manchester City Council’s Outreach/Inreach team.
The Foundry will open in summer 2026, providing 15 one bed supported accommodation apartments in Oldham. This is for young people aged 18-25 at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping.

With a dedicated office, Jigsaw Support will provide on-site support such as training and employment, financial advice, wellbeing and tenancy sustainment, and help them to find long-term sustainable accommodation.
Referrals will come from Oldham Council.
