Knowsley Housing Options (KHO), a statutory homelessness service that Jigsaw has been delivering on behalf of Knowsley Borough Council since 2011, is returning to Knowsley Borough Council on 01 June 2021.
Jigsaw has been delivering this service previously since 2011 including all the statutory functions in relation to homelessness legislation with the exception of homeless reviews. This involved the assessment of applications from applicants who were homeless or at risk of homelessness. The aim was to identify support needs and assist people who were at risk of homelessness in maintaining their current accommodation or move to a new home.
